Lea was born and raised in the Charleston area. He graduated from the College of Charleston with his Bachelors. Upon Graduation, he obtained his General Contractor's License through the South Carolina LLR. He specializes in residential remodeling and new home builds.
We are licensed through the state of South Carolina as a general contractor and we have obtained licensing through multiple counties. However, we specialize in the City of Charleston, City of Isle of Palms, and the Folly Beach area. We are completely bonded and insured per South Carolina State Regulations.
